This website is operated by Belmark Group Inc., operating as Belmark Advisory, from Toronto, Ontario. By accessing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of the information

Everything published here, including research notes, worked examples and program summaries, is general information about Canadian funding programs. It is not tax, accounting, legal or engineering advice, and it does not create an adviser-client relationship.

Program rates and rules change. Figures shown are current as at the date on each page and may not reflect subsequent amendments. Eligibility is a question of fact that depends on the specific project, the corporation, and the terms of any funding agreement.

Modelled figures

Where a research note presents a worked example, the company, project and figures are constructed to demonstrate how program interaction works. They are illustrative models, not client outcomes, and each note says so on its face.

Belmark does not publish client results without written permission. No figure on this site should be relied on as a projection of what any particular project will recover.

Intellectual property

The content, structure, wording and visual design of this site are the property of Belmark Group Inc. Research notes may be quoted or shared with attribution to Belmark Advisory and a link to the source page. They may not be republished in full, resold, or presented as the work of another firm.

Limitation of liability

Belmark Group Inc. makes no warranty that the information on this site is complete, current or free of error, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it without a specific engagement.

Where Belmark is formally engaged, the terms of that engagement letter govern the relationship and supersede anything on this site.

Links to government program pages and third-party resources are provided for convenience. Belmark does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
