Belmark works with confidential project information. This policy sets out what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

Information we collect
Belmark Group Inc., operating as Belmark Advisory, collects information you provide directly when you request a Funding Assessment, correspond with us by email, or subscribe to research updates.
- Contact details: name, company, role, email address and telephone number.
- Project information you choose to share in an assessment request, including project description, estimated cost and timing.
- Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We do not collect financial account information through this website, and we do not ask for it by email.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver a Funding Assessment, and maintain our client and prospect records. Where you have asked to receive them, we use your email address to send research notes.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use your project information to train third-party models.
Disclosure to third parties
We disclose personal information only where necessary to deliver the service you have requested, or where required by law. This may include:
- Service providers who host our website, email and document infrastructure, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Government program administrators, where you have instructed us to submit an application or claim on your behalf.
- Professional advisors, where required to obtain legal or accounting advice.
Retention
Client engagement records are retained for the period required to support any filing made on your behalf, and for the applicable reassessment and limitation periods thereafter. Enquiry records where no engagement follows are retained for a shorter period and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, and withdraw consent to further use, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and for basic, aggregated traffic measurement. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
